The 2011 Denver Designer Show House
took place at The Cowperthwaite Estate, 1625 3rd Avenue, one of Country Club’s most stately historic properties. Designed by Arthur Fisher of famed Fisher and Fisher Architects, this beautiful 1909 Tudor has been owned solely by the Cowperthwaite family since its original construction.
Last Year's Event: The 2010 Denver Designer Show House
took place at 100 Vine Street, one of Country Club’s most stately historic properties. Designed by local architect and philantropist Temple Buell for his brother-in-law in 1929, this home is known to have been Buell’s favorite. Almost 1000 people attended the Show House event and raised over $13,000 for The Children’s Hospital. The home was available for sale in Spring 2010. Following The Show House event, it was purchased.
